PIXMA TS3720 - "Unable to register my brand new printer"

Unable to register my brand new printer it says cannot find the printer. Found all the steps correctly numerous times. Tried it with my iPhone and my iPad.

Hi, I am unable to get my printer on my iPad and my iPhone. It goes through all the steps, but then it doesn’t recognize the printer
