imageCLASS MF628Cw Stopped Printing. It will make copies but it won't print from my Windows 11

I turned it ott for 1/2 hour. Turned it back on, to no avail. When looking at the Print Queue, it buffers for a long time and then says ERROR. Even if I try to print a test page. HELP !!! Is there a way to do a factory reset?
