RF600mm f4.0 feels like a ball rolling inside

I just bought a RF600mm f4.0 from B&H. When I move my lens, not hooked with a camera, it feels like something inside is moving. When I shake the lens gently, it feels a ball is rolling inside. Is it normal?I feel worried.ThanksDakang

I just bought a RF600mm f4.0 from B&H. I try to register my lens, but cannot find serial number. Can anyone help me to find it? Thanks
