I can't find anywhere to download EOS Utility for my Canon EOS 400D. I looked on the Canon website but there is nothing there. Can anyone help?

I have a Canon EOS 400D and when I leave it for a few seconds, the screen goes blank and the memory access light will flash very quickly. What do I do about this?
