Hi, I hooked up my brand new MF 655cdw color laser printer today. I’m trying to run the firmware update but I keep getting the same error. Has anybody encountered this? Is there a fix? Thanks!
Thanks so much! I ended up connecting the printer by ethernet directly to the router and then I used my Mac and the firmware update tool that was linked to. Interestingly, my Mac connected to the router via WiFi but the printer needed to be connected...
