PowerShot A4000 IS lens chipped creating a fog on photo

I have 3 Canon Powershot cameras with small chips on the lens. Is it possible to replace these lenses? Thanks

I have 2 powershot A4000is HD and one powershot ELPH 360 HSAll 3 have small chips on the lenses. Is Canon able to replace the lenses?
