Hi, I just bought a Canon EOS T6i and the flash will not work. I have gone into settings and enabled the flash settings, watched multiple videos, and tried all suggestions I've seen. I also have cleared all settings and reset them. Thank you!
It is the built-in flash on the camera. It will raise, but the actual flash will not go off. I have it in auto mode. I have tried all other modes too, like Program AE, shutter priority AE, aperture priority AE, and manual exposure.
