imagePROGRAF TC-20 makes loud clicking sounds, won't turn roll media

I have a imageprograf tc-20 printer ran 3 prints from it and now all it does is makes loud clicking sounds and will not turn the roll media.  The media fastplot 8mil mat finish. Need help ASAP. Thanks
