imageCLASS MF264dw II Unable to launch firmware update

I have downloaded the firmware update twice and each time, the disk image won't mount. I click on it and nothing happens. I have not had this kind of experience in 20 years. Printer: Imageclass mf264dw iiMacOS 15.3.1 on a 2023 MacBook Air M2
