I have a Canon R5C that I paired with a BR-E1 remote but cannot find in any of the menus on the camera the option to enable the remote. What am I doing wrong?
Thank you for the reply. I finally figured out that I had to hit the drive mode on the LCD and there was the remote icon I needed to turn on. I couldn’t do that when I was in the menu under the camera icon like I was told.
