I made it through the included toner cartridges and replaced them with High Yield toner cartridges. Since then, I've printed about 500 pages and I'm getting a "Prepare Cartridge" K for the black toner. It says it's at 10%!? I thought these 067H cartr...

I have a relatively new MF656CDW that continually asks to load paper. The paper tray is full, I've checked the feed rollers, too.How can I fix this?
