ok. i found it by doing the below but i have to have had the cd installed which i don't on my computer. is there anyway to find that cd digitally?

Hi, I have a 40D and i went to the support page but this is what i see. Is a solution one of these? I need to install a utility to be able to download the photos from the camera to the computer.
