EOS R6 Mark II focus stacking using flash?

Hello Canon community! We have acquired a Canon R6 Mark II in the studio and we would like to know if we can use the focus stacking option using flash in the studio. We have a jewelry photo shoot and it would be great to use flash. txs mates!
