I ran a compatibility check on the Driver from Canon site - it shows only Window 8 as the newest version with compatibility - I'm guessing Windows 10 has no support, even though Canon says it is compatible.
Yes, I loaded the driver first. I have tried running with out the software, just the driver (it should work somewhat) but nothing. Computer will not find the scanner when I run -add a printer or scanner-. So that is probably the first issue.
