Why are the option for cropping aspect all greyed out in the menu? I want to switch my ##Canon r6II from 1.6 to full..What am I missing?

Thank you! I’m working on replacing my bodies, then lenses. It’s just too expensive for me to update all at once. I appreciate your reply

Right now I have the Canon 17-55 2.8 lens on body.
