Hi, my R5m2 helped me to answer you: I installed the RF 35/1,8 and immediately the cam freezed. Battery out and in, second try: Everything ok. So it's not the heavy lens.As a bird photographer I use the RF 200-800 and a EF 4.0/500 as the main lenses.
