I received 24h ago by UPS my new printer,but it was broken inside (a plastic part who drive the ink cartridgeparts) I hope that the SAV is reactive because i need to print for an exposition.....Best regards for yours responds.Martin

I I have a near problem wih my new PRO-300.A part is broken on it without a transport problem.It doesn't work at all.
