I'm trying to scan with my TS6420a but have no success! I can print no problem from smartphone, PC, tablet. I've installed the Canon IJ Printer Assistant tool, the scan app from windows, does not find scanner. I have windows 11. please help me.
Success! I think the difference was during this install I let the software connect the printer to the wifi. On another note, how can I add a short cut to the Canon scan utility app to my desktop?
