EOS R10: Trying to sync Speedlite EL-100 Flash using Speedlite Transmitter ST-E10

I'm trying to sync el-100 speed lites to an r10 mirror less using the st-e10 transmitter but I'm struggling to have them trigger wirelessly.Any advice on how I can set this up, greatly appreciate it!!
