This helped me to figure out that the shiny side is the side you do not want to print on.

So, very late but I figured it out. There is one side that has little shiny specs on it. Hold it up to your phones flashlight and you will be able to see the shiny side. DO NOT PRINT on the shiny side. Print on the non-shiny side and everything will ...
