I have a MG 3620 printer. When I scan a document and save it to documents on my computer as a pdf, it deletes it out of documents when I delete it from the scanner. Anyone else have this problem?
Thanks, I went into the settings application on my printer/scanner and changed it to go directly to my documents folder. I have to change the name of the folder, but that's no big deal. Thanks for the advice.

Tiffany, I have a Dell desktop running Windows 11 Home. My printer is connected to my computer via a usb printer cable. I never had this problem with my old Canon printer.
When I scan a document and save it to my documents folder, I can view it as a saved document. Later though if I scan something else the previous document shows up and if I delete it from the scanner it also deletes it from my saved documents folder....
