imageCLASS MF642Cdw - prints the same page again

My laser printer canon mf642cdw prints the same page over and over again. I have to go and cancel the job and print it one page at a time - cancel the second print out, and then print page 2 - - repeat.

1. mac version : 15.4.1 (24E263)2. Pdf viewer / Preview3. no error message, just prompts again to pick the paper size A4/L
