I have an XF400 camcorder and I want to know if I can use a non-powered shotgun microphone in the 3.5mm MIC terminal input. I am using the XLR inputs for wireless mics and I want better audio on channels 3 & 4 than the internal microphone.
On a Canon XF400 camcorder, can a non powered microphone be used with the 3.5mm MIC Input terminal? I want a little better scratch audio than the internal microphone on channels 3 & 4.
