PIXMA G620 - Roller Mark? on all my prints

How do fix this? I am getting a single, what looks like a roller mark on all my prints. I have done all the maintenance options and nothing seems to fix this.thanks for any help you can givepeace

Sorry about that. I have aG620, running Mac Sonoma 14.5, there are no errors messages, using WiFi.thanks
