Hello, I own a 350d camera and whenever I try to connect it to my laptop nothing happens. I connect via the digital cable and nothing shows up in the files when connected. the laptop is a HP Elitebook and has no problems. any suggestions?
I have a 350d eos camera and i am trying to get the photos from the camera to the computer, and the digital cord ist showing anything when i plug it in. any help?
