We use XA40s for streaming 1 hr weekly. Been using for 3 years with no problems. But lately, the cam cycles on and off. I don't think problem is the power supply, but fear something with camera.Any suggestions?
Bad news. it started cycling again. So problem is back. This is a backup cam that is rarely used. So in the year since it has been fixed, it was only used a few times. Will not repair this time. Frustrating.
My church had 3 of these. I tested with a different power supply. This cam still did it- so it is not the external power supply. It was an internal board of some kind. Canon fixed it.
