TS8120 PG BLACK NOT PRINTING

Hello, I have a TS-8120 and the PG black just randomly stopped printing. I have done the cleaning, deep cleaning and taken out the printhead to clean already. Nothing has worked. Any answers?Is the printer broken now? Thank you
