imageCLASS MF632Cdw Full toner cartridges but apps say they're empty

I have replaced all four toner cartridges with new Canon certified cartridges. The printer panel indicates 100% full however Excel, Word and printer toner status on the PC says No toner ink. I have an ImageClass MF 632cdw printer. Any ideas?
