I input the correct serial number so many times, but it keep saying that I inputted the incorrect serial number. #imageclass laser printer D570

I did enter that serial number：3 letters and 5 numbers. But it said incorrect.

There are 3 solutions，when I choose the last one，which is for D570，I need to click and agree the terms and conditions. And it requires me input the serial number to download the file. Do you mean that I can either choose the 1st one or 2nd one？
