Was using my camera - scrolling through pictures then colourful vertical lines appeared on screen. Camera wouldn’t respond so turned off but now won’t power back on. fully charged battery, changed lens, SD card, nothing.please help - thank you
Thanks everyone- tried several problem shooting ideas but no luck. Camera returned to online shop and new 860d replacement has been sent out. Hopefully it won’t happen again. X
What causes this to happen. I’ve only used the camera three times and taken around 30 pictures. It cost me a lot of money and have been so careful with it so def not been dropped or mistreated. I did purchase this from an online shop so wasn’t brand ...
