printer not printing good colors - PIXMA TS6350

I have a Prima 6350, all the colors are new and still printing in grey colors, also the test that can be done, what to do?

I have done the different cleanings programs

pixma ts 6350 and it is in grey collars only, so perhaps the set up is wrong
