Hello,Can you please direct me to where I can either find or accomplish resetting access to my Canon Account. I bought a Pixma TR8620a back in 12/2023 from Staples and can not find or remember either my Username or password.Thanks,Bruce Lague
Thanks for the reply. No I do not have many emails but learned the hard way never to use a gmail email to sign in!!! I always delete email from google on a daily basis. I will try support.
Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I have forgotten both so that method has already been tried. I also tried creating another account with a different email and password and that did not work as well.
