How to switch feed options from rear to drawer on Canon TS6320? Menu buttons don't work.

Having the same problem trying to reinstall Scanner driver for a PIXMA TS6320 on a new HP computer. Tried downloading every version of Windows - 11, 10, 10 X64, 8 - and still cannot get it to work. Does Canon have a fix for this?
