PIXMA G4511 says low on ink but it’s full!

Hi I have a Canon Pixma G4511 - I just filled the black ink well and yet my computer says it’s still low on ink (it’s full). I have tried holding down the reset button to disable but it’s made no difference. What should I do?

No problem - I worked out how to fix it
