Cannon IJ Network Scan Utility is in my " add/ remove programs", but date installed is the only thing filled; publisher, size, and version are blank. I can't access it, or do anything. Please help. Thanx

after changing wireless source, I get this error: "there are ports that cannot be used with their current settings" I'm not finding the thing to do useing search engine, so I joined here. Can someone please tell me what to do?Thanx,Russ
