EOS Rebel T5i lens and setting recommendations for hot air balloon festival

I'm going to be in New Mexico next week for the hot air balloon fiesta. I need help with my settings and which camera lenses to use in order to take clear and colorful pictures there. Please help!!

I just have the beginner lenses that come with the EOS Rebel T5i 18.0 MP CMOS Digital SLR with 18-55mm EF-S is STM Lens
