My PIXMA TR8620 will not print beyond the heading in an email.

If I receive an email with embedded text etc. Only the heading will show up in the page box and not the rest of the message even though there is addition text, graphics etc.

I have the same problem if something I want to print is embedded in the email. I can print an attached file like a pdf or jpeg. Weird
