My Pixma TR4720 won't recognize that I want to copy from the ADF. It tells me to use the platen.The printer is almost brand new.How do I fix this, please?
Yes, but I looked at the manual and I reset the printer to factory settings and it appears to be fixed now. I haven't done much printing lately to really tell, but I think it's ok now.Thank you Arthur J.Ron
