My PowerShot ELPH 100 HS has its lens assembly stuck in the 'out' position - is there a 'fix' for this..??

No improvment but I do get a 3-line message that says:Lens errorWill shut down automaticallyRestart camera ...have shut down - even removed battery but the lens assembl is sill in the 'out' position... DHH
