Having had this problem in the months since I bought the MX922 (and for two hours again today) I suggest you sell it. Sorry I couldn't be more help, but I've grown to really hate this machine. I'll bever buy a Canon printer again. Regards
Idiot printer keeps dropping the access point and can't find it again. The only fix I can figure out is buy a different printer. And definitely not Canon. Ever again.
Having spent more in one week on ink than I paid for the ridiculously inefficient mx922, my solution to reduce ink use is buy a laser printer. The mx922 is nice looking, though. Could be useful as a doorstop.
