Having had this problem in the months since I bought the MX922 (and for two hours again today) I suggest you sell it. Sorry I couldn't be more help, but I've grown to really hate this machine. I'll bever buy a Canon printer again. Regards

What error message appears when you try to print? How far away is the printer from the router?

Dear Canon Product Expert: seeing as how there's almost 5000 views of the "MX920 Printing Problems" thread, I'd have more respect for the expert who didn't presume user-error. Canon continues to sell a lemon with serious connection problems. I don't believe blaming the buyer will win many repeat customers.

I solved my problem this week. Bought a new Brother printer that was recommended by my Apple tech and took the Canon back to Costco. Problem solved Tired to printer going into a coma
