I reset the settings, i lowered the iso, And nothing. Still taking overexposed pictures, but filming is fine

I have a powershot sx410 is and the photos are over exposed, video is fine but photos aren't. Ive reset everything and lowered the ISO but it's still overexposed, when i take pictures it lowers the shutter speed automatically.
