PIXMA MG5420 Can't Initiate Scans from Printer

I've got an MG5420. I'm running Windows 11. The printer works fine. I can initiate scans from an app on my PC, but I can't get the PC to appear on the list of printers on the device.Any and all help appreciated. Thank you.Jack
