Update:I still cannot connect using the USB cable. I was able to connect via wireless, but only by entering the Wifi password using the printer "keyboard." After doing so, I could find and add the printer, then finally print.

If you have the option for wireless connection you might want to try that, by entering the Wifi/router password manually on the printer display. I recently had a very similar problem trying to connect/find my new PIXMA TS5320a printer using my Mac OS...

Thank you for the quick reply. At the bottom of your post, several printer models are listed. Are these the models you suggest checking out to see if they are compatible with Mac OS Ventura 13.1?
