As a temporary measure you can use the W11 Windows Fax and Scan app Version 24H2.. It is installed as an optional Windows feature, so you must activate it. To activate, go to: Settings > System > Optional Features > View Features Button > Click Win...
I think your error message is different than what many other users have been receiving. But it is always worth a try to see if it fixes the problem for some folks.
Windows will allow you to change or update a driver even if there is one that Windows says is the best one. You need to follow the steps very carefully. Don't let Windows select the driver.
