I tried everything but the printer doesn't take any size of paper. HELP!

Hi Stephen,Sorry for the delay.Here's the info:Printer Canon G4210 pixmaim using on Mac OS Monterey by WIFIit doesn't take the paper. I have a video but I don't know how to share it.Thanks!
