Thanks, will do that. I have to say that for a major company Canon are not good at software development. I have owned a number of Canon cameras and printers over the years and never really been impressed by their software.

Problem solved!! Idiot user issue - I had plugged in the wrong power outlet, how dumb was that, sorry folks.
