Image transfer Utility 2 will not open. Does anyone have a fix? It has always worked perfectly until the last couple of weeks. Thanks

The camera is Canon PowerShot SX70HS, connecting by wireless to desktop computer, Windows 10 Home OS, version 21H2.Thanks for your help
