that error 1410 is a shocker. like one tank went out and it was actually a different one that needed replacement. we really like this printer. glad that canon has this support page. I changed the other cartridges and ... the error went away!

it worked. Big Sur 11.6.8I installed: misd-mac-ijscanner5-4_0_0-ea19_2.dmgmsd_-mac-mx920-19_2_0-ea11.dmg
