I have a MX472 printer/scanner error code when I try to scan" failed to open a connection to the device (-21345) I just updated my Mac to Tahoe 26.1, could this be the problem? need help thank you

why can't i delete folders in DDP4 any longer plus can't drag new photo from flash drive into a folder 

i have no problem uploading from SD oe Cf card onto my mac. the other day i wanted to show photos on my TV so i loaded photos from my Mac onto a sd card and the photos showed that they were on the card, but when i inserted the SD card into my 5d mark...
